You are responsible to achieve Project Targets in terms of Time, Quality and Costs, starting from the acquisition phase and follow the post sales activities during the field tests phase, according to the Product Development Process.

The Project Manager tasks are mainly:

• Create the Project Management Plan
• Lead the Project Team, coordinate all activities in the project and be the interface to the customer and other involved parties (stakeholders).
• Ensure that applicable laws and regulations are being respected by the Project Team when carrying out the Scope of Work.
• Create the Project Scope definition.
• Ensure that the Project Documentation is created and maintained.
• Create, Maintain the Project Risk List
• Create, maintain and run the Project Communication plan

Skills and requirements to be successful:

• At least 5-7 years as Project Manager in a mid-high complex environment
• Proven experience in leading team members (even if not hierarchically)
• Proven experience as single Point of Contact (SPoC) for the customer
• Knowledge in Project Management Fundamentals, preferably PMP certified.
• Good ability to run configuration management and change management in the project.
• Good skills in working with usual MS-Office applications, MS-Project and
• other necessary tools (e.g., to control project budget)
• Good social and leadership skills in a matrix organization (ability to work in a team, ability for effective coordination of a team)

Working Place: San Giovanni in Marignano (RN), close to Cattolica, Pesaro and Rimini.
