Le aree di intervento includono Cyber Security, Program Management su grandi cantieri di trasformazione del settore Pubblico, Application Maintenance e Managed Services.

Entrando a far parte del Team SAP Tech , sarai coinvolta/o nello sviluppo e nella personalizzazione di soluzioni SAP tramite linguaggio ABAP , sia su ECC che su S/4HANA . Collaborerai con colleghi esperti nell’implementazione e manutenzione dei moduli SAP, contribuendo allo sviluppo di programmi custom, interfacce, enhancement e integrazioni e supportando l’evoluzione verso tecnologie innovative come OData, CDS view e applicazioni Fiori .

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

• • Gestire la manutenzione correttiva ed evolutiva delle applicazioni SAP BW , garantendo continuità e stabilità della piattaforma

  • Sviluppare e ottimizzare modelli dati, estrazioni (ETL) e report in base alle esigenze dei clienti, assicurando qualità e coerenza delle informazioni

  • Curare l’ ottimizzazione delle soluzioni esistenti in ottica di continuous improvement, introducendo miglioramenti tecnici e funzionali sui flussi BW

  • Fornire supporto operativo agli utenti, gestendo ticket e richieste AMS secondo le best practice di service management

  • Monitorare le performance della piattaforma BW , predisporre report di sistema e proporre raccomandazioni per garantire efficienza e scalabilità

Sarai coinvolta/o in attività di supporto per clienti nazionali e internazionali, collaborando con professionisti qualificati e a stretto contatto con le loro organizzazioni per garantire la c ontinuità operativa e l’evoluzione delle piattaforme SAP nei settori Consumer and Industrial Market, tra cui Retail, Food & Drink, Consumer Products, Industrial & Manufacturing e Automotive .

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

• • Hai maturato esperienza nella gestione, manutenzione e sviluppo evolutivo di piattaforme SAP BW
  • Conosci in profondità i principali processi di modellazione dati, estrazione (ETL) e reporting , e sai come integrarli in contesti aziendali complessi
  • Gestisci in autonomia ticket AMS rispettando gli SLA , interagendo con key user e stakeholder per raccogliere requisiti e fornire soluzioni puntuali
  • Sai affrontare problematiche tecniche e funzionali applicando un approccio strutturato al troubleshooting e al miglioramento continuo
  • Possiedi una buona conoscenza dell’ inglese , idealmente rafforzata da esperienze di studio o lavoro in contesti internazionali

KPMG Open Platform is our new innovative hub based in Naples, designed to develop service models and high-tech solutions for businesses and Public Administration. The areas of focus include Cyber Security, Program Management for large-scale Public Sector transformation projects, Application Maintenance, and Managed Services.

By joining the AMS SAP Team, you will be involved in managing business processes related to the SAP PM module , with a focus on the maintenance , optimization , and customization of SAP platforms. You will work closely with colleagues who are experts in implementing advanced digital solutions, ensuring the operational efficiency of systems and effectively supporting production planning processes.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the SAP BW module, including monitoring data flows and resolving incidents;

• Analyzing user requests and developing reporting solutions in SAP BW or BW/4HANA environments;

• Supporting users in accessing and utilizing BW reports and objects, ensuring data integrity and consistency;

• Collaborating with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP BW and other SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD);

• Optimizing BW objects (InfoProviders, DSO, ADSO) and ETL processes.

You will have the opportunity to grow professionally and face stimulating challenges by participating in projects that aim to help our prestigious clients address complex disruptions and transformations, contributing to their success.

Come As You Are - Your Skills and Characteristics

This opportunity is perfect for you if:

• Have 1–3 years of experience in the SAP ecosystem, ideally in AMS, with a focus on SAP BW;

• Have a solid understanding of BW architecture and core objects, and how they integrate with other modules;

• Possess strong troubleshooting skills across both technical and functional aspects of reporting processes;

• Are fluent in English, preferably with academic or professional experience abroad;

• Hold a technical diploma or a degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
