La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del team R&D Elettronica, sotto la supervisione del Responsabile Sviluppo Elettronica, e si occuperà della progettazione di schede elettroniche destinate alla nuova gamma di motori brushless attualmente in sviluppo.

Le principali applicazioni includono:

• Ventilatori per sistemi di climatizzazione
• Pompe in sistemi di thermal management
• Pompe in sistemi di lubrificazione e raffreddamento di assali elettrici
• Attuatori per applicazioni powertrain

Le attività principali, a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo, saranno:

• Supporto alla progettazione di schemi elettrici
• Sviluppo e sbroglio PCB (preferibile utilizzo di KiCad)
• Preparazione della BOM e della documentazione tecnica
• Supporto alle attività di prototipazione e test di laboratorio
• Esecuzione di misure elettriche di base e raccolta dati

The selected candidate will join the Electronics R&D team, reporting to the Head of Electronics Development, and will be involved in the design of electronic boards for a new generation of brushless motors currently under development.

Main application areas include:

• Fans for HVAC systems
• Pumps for thermal management systems
• Pumps for lubrication and cooling systems of electric axles
• Actuators for powertrain applications

Key responsibilities (not exhaustive) include:

• Supporting the design of electronic schematics
• PCB layout design (KiCad preferred)
• Preparing Bill of Materials and technical documentation
• Supporting prototyping and laboratory testing activities
• Performing basic electrical measurements and data collection

(IT) Titoli, Prerequisiti e Esperienza

• Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria Elettronica o Elettrica
• Si valutano anche laureandi o neolaureati
• Esperienza: 0–2 anni
• Eventuali progetti universitari o personali in ambito:
  • elettronica analogica e digitale
  • progettazione di schemi elettrici e PCB

(EN) Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering
• Recent graduates or final-year students will also be considered
• 0–2 years of experience
• Academic or personal projects in:
  • analog and digital electronics
  • schematic and PCB design

(IT) Competenze tecniche

• Conoscenza dei fondamenti di elettronica analogica e digitale
• Capacità di interpretare datasheet per la realizzazione di simboli elettrici e footprint componenti (preferibilmente con KiCad)
• Conoscenze di base del controllo di motori BLDC (esperienza pratica gradita ma non obbligatoria)
• Interesse per il layout PCB e il testing hardware
• Familiarità con KiCad o disponibilità ad apprenderne l’utilizzo

(EN) Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of analog and digital electronics
• Ability to read and interpret datasheets for the creation of schematic symbols and PCB footprints (preferably using KiCad)
• Basic knowledge of BLDC motor control (practical experience is a plus, not mandatory)
• Interest in PCB layout and hardware testing
• Familiarity with KiCad or willingness to learn
