In Europe alone each year, there are approximately 15 million unemployed people and 4.7 million graduates seeking work.
Unfortunately, institutions dealing with employment services (schools, universities, employment centres, staffing firms, technical colleges, etc.) do not have sufficient resources to meet the demands of job seekers, who often have to go it alone.
We can no longer respond to new and more complex problems with old solutions, stifling future growth for countries or entire generations.
