Your future job

As a Senior Business Developer, you will work to help grow adoption of the Hipay products on the Italian market by generating new sales, resulting in transaction volume, margin, and revenue for the company.

This position is based in Milan and reports to the Senior Head of Italy.

Your job will be:

1. Sell Hipay Payment Solutions to Italian, large, and internationally operating corporations;
2. Exceed set yearly goal of TRX volume;
3. Identify and source new sales opportunities (closely with the General Manager of Italy);
4. Manage a pipeline of new and existing prospects;
5. Build relationships with relevant external stakeholders;
6. Lead meetings and negotiations;
7. Manage and report on the ongoing health of each relationship.

Il tuo futuro lavoro

Come Senior Account Executive, contribuirai alla crescita dell'adozione dei prodotti HiPay sul mercato italiano generando nuove vendite, con un impatto diretto sul volume delle transazioni, sui margini e sul fatturato dell'azienda.

La posizione è basata a Milano e riporta alla Senior Head of Italia.

Le tue responsabilità principali saranno:

1. Vendere le soluzioni di pagamento HiPay a grandi aziende italiane e internazionali;
2. Superare l'obiettivo annuale fissato in termini di volume di transazioni (TRX);
3. Identificare e sviluppare nuove opportunità commerciali (in stretta collaborazione con la General Manager Italia);
4. Gestire un pipeline di prospect, sia nuovi che esistenti;
5. Costruire relazioni con stakeholder esterni rilevanti;
6. Guidare incontri e trattative;
7. Gestire e monitorare la salute di ogni relazione commerciale nel tempo.

Preferred experience

This job is a perfect match if…

• 5+ years of experience, including at least 1 year in eCommerce on the Italian market
• Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset and leadership skills
• Proven track record of initiative and ownership
• Flexible, professional, and elegant communicator
• Skilled in building relationships with senior decision-makers
• Keen interest in learning about products through technical documentation
• Passionate about the FinTech industry
• Willing to travel
