Barilla G. e R. Fratelli Società per Azioni sta cercando un Responsabile di Manutenzione per lo Stabilimento di Foggia. La figura riporterà direttamente al Technical Area Manager e gestirà direttamente un team di persone.

Responsabilità

Garantire e massimizzare l'affidabilità e l'efficienza delle linee di produzione e confezionamento, attraverso la pianificazione e la gestione delle attività di manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria, correttiva e migliorativa, con il supporto e la gestione di risorse interne ed esterne; proporre progetti di investimento e interventi al fine di massimizzare le prestazioni e l’affidabilità delle linee; garantire la presenza di adeguati materiali di manutenzione attraverso la tempestiva richiesta di approvvigionamento, rispettando le necessità dello stabilimento, gli orientamenti e le linee guida del proprio responsabile e dei riferimenti funzionali del Gruppo.

Principali attività

• Garantire il rispetto di tutte le norme e dei regolamenti relativi alla sicurezza nella scelta delle singole parti tecniche e nelle modalità di attuazione degli interventi manutentivi.
• Garantire la gestione e l'aggiornamento della documentazione relativa agli asset e dei documenti obbligatori relativi alle immobilizzazioni di materiale del plant, nel rispetto della legge e delle procedure di Gruppo
• Assicurare la definizione delle più adeguate politiche di manutenzione per le linee di produzione e confezionamento come RLC (Responsabile Lavori e Costi), delle modalità di intervento delle attività programmate (tempi e costi), nonché l'utilizzo delle risorse interne ed esterne basate sulle specifiche operative, nel rispetto delle caratteristiche dell'impianto e secondo le linee guida  della Company.
• Garantire la realizzazione operativa degli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria sulle linee di produzione e confezionamento, coordinando il personale assegnato e le società esterne, nel rispetto dei programmi di produzione e confezionamento e dei piani definiti, perseguendo il miglior rapporto possibile tra tempi e costi.
• Garantire una adeguata pianificazione dei servizi di manutenzione, riducendo la durata e il numero degli interventi, minimizzando i costi ed i tempi di fermata per garantire il costante funzionamento delle linee di produzione e delle strutture.
• Individuare, considerando le specifiche, modalità di evoluzione delle macchine e degli impianti e delle tecnologie rispetto alla loro obsolescenza, gestire le richieste di modifica provenienti da funzioni produttive e le soluzioni tecniche ottimali, in grado di garantire la massimizzazione dell'efficienza produttiva e la minimizzazione dei costi.
• Coadiuvare le fasi di montaggio e l'installazione di nuove linee e delle nuove macchine, collaborando nella fase di prova e avvio alla produzione, definendo, in caso di variazioni o ritardi, azioni correttive sulla base delle procedure di Gruppo esistenti.
• Contribuire, insieme al proprio responsabile, alla gestione e lo sviluppo delle risorse umane assegnate, assicurando, attraverso il coinvolgimento, idonei livelli di competenza, in conformità con le politiche aziendali.
• Garantire la corretta gestione e l'affidabilità dei dati di manutenzione e delle informazioni inserite nel sistema CMMS dello stabilimento, al fine di permettere una corretta analisi dei dati in un percorso di miglioramento continuo.

Requisiti richiesti

• Diploma di Perito meccanico/elettronico (A degree in Engineering is a plus)
• Comprovata esperienza pregressa di almeno 6 anni nel ruolo
• Ottima conoscenza del disegno meccanico
• Lettura schemi elettrici e schemi pneumatici.
• Conoscenza di Autocad, Inventor,  Microsoft Office, Sap, e Step 7 per ricerca guasti plc

Barilla G. and R. Fratelli Società is looking for a Maintenance Manager for the Foggia Plant. It will report directly to the Technical Area Manager and directly manage a team.

Responsibility

Guarantee and maximize the reliability and efficiency of production and packaging lines, through the planning and management of ordinary, extraordinary, corrective and improvement maintenance activities, with the support and management of internal and external resources; propose investment projects and interventions in order to maximize the performance and reliability of the lines; guarantee the presence of adequate maintenance materials through the timely request for supply, respecting the needs of the Plant  and the guidelines of its manager and the functional references of the Group.

Main activities

• Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations relating to safety in the choice of the technical partners and in the methods of implementation of maintenance interventions.
• Guarantee the management and updating of the documentation relating to the assets and the mandatory documents relating to the fixed assets of the Plant, in compliance with the law and Group procedures
• Ensure the definition of the most adequate maintenance policies for production and packaging lines such as RLC (Works and Cost Manager), the methods of intervention of the planned activities (times and costs), as well as the use of internal and external resources based on operational specifications, respecting the characteristics of the plant and according to the Company's guidelines.
• Guarantee the operational implementation of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions on the production and packaging lines, coordinating the assigned personnel and external companies, in compliance with the production and packaging programs and packaging and defined plans, pursuing the best possible relationship between times and costs.
• Guarantee adequate planning of maintenance services, reducing the duration and number of interventions, minimizing costs and downtime to guarantee the constant functioning of production lines and structures.
• Identify, considering the specifications, methods of evolution of machines and systems and technologies with respect to their obsolescence, manage modification requests coming from production functions and optimal technical solutions, capable of guaranteeing the maximization of production efficiency and minimization of costs.
• Assist in the assembly phases and the installation of new lines and new machines, collaborating in the test phase and starting production, defining, in the event of variations or delays, corrective actions based on existing Group procedures.
• Contribute, together with the manager, to the management and development of the assigned human resources, ensuring, through involvement, suitable levels of competence, in accordance with company policies.
• Guarantee the correct management and reliability of maintenance data and information entered into the plant's CMMS system, in order to allow correct data analysis in a process of continuous improvement.

Requirements and knowledge

• Technical expert (mechanical/electronic).
• At least 6 years of previous experience in the role.
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical drawing
• Reading electrical diagrams and pneumatic diagrams.
• Proficiency in autocad, inventor, office package, SAP, and Step 7 for PLC fault search
