Offerta

• Own the full product lifecycle from concept and development through launch and end-of-life for assigned lighting products
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points
• Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate go-to-market strategies, ensuring timely, well-branded, and effective product launches
• Partner with engineering, sales, and operations to bring products to market on schedule and within budget
• Collect customer and stakeholder feedback to inform ongoing product improvements and updates
• Monitor and report on product performance and market feedback post-launch

Competenze ed esperienza

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally within lighting, electronics, or a related field
• Strong experience developing and managing product documentation to support both internal and external stakeholders
• Proven track record of successful product launches in collaboration with marketing and cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 20% for partner meetings, customer visits, and key industry events
